Good luck to all attending and we look forward to seeing you at the TOYS Championship Finals in September.

2012 - New Year Greetings

We all at the TGCA wish everyone a Happy New Year for 2012.  We hope that you will join and/or renew your TGCA membership to support the TGCA to ensure that 2012 will be an even more successful year for us.

We need everyone to spread the word about the TGCA and if you wish to have flyers to distribute to your local riding clubs/tack shops etc, please send Theresa an email with an address and she will send some to you.

The TGCA (GB)

The Traditional Gypsy Cob Association (GB) has been established by a broad spectrum of enthusiasts throughout the UK to protect and promote the very best of gypsy cob breeding.

The Association has a large group of owners, friends and breeders, covering regions throughout the UK and aims to encourage anyone interested in gypsy cobs to join the Association, to help it grow and develop.

We aim to protect and document old established bloodlines we have whilst maintaining the quality and true-to-type stamp of cobs as set out in our breed standard.  Even traditional gypsy cobs without known parentage are welcome to show and be registered with the TGCA.  There really is something for everyone.

The TGCA is one of the most forward thinking showing and studbook associations in the UK with a massive supporter base.
With a National Show, Studbook and a great bunch of people, we hope our vision will be protecting the true Traditional Gypsy Cob and ensuring its rightful place as a Native Breed of Great Britian.  If you would like to be involved, you will be made to feel very welcome!!

The TGCA is for everyone

TOYS is for all the family, whether equine or human!

We have classes for all abilities to take part in, many are open classes that you do not need to qualify for.  We have  jumping for those who like to "fly the feather" and also for 2012, dressage.

Please support our very generous sponsors, without them, we could never move forward at the pace we are now.

There are links to them on the side banner, and breeders details are listed on the Studs and Breeders page of this site.
